How It Works

Each module acts as a building block in the leadership journey. Ascend PlayArchitect coaches guide participants through these modules, tailoring the experience to their environment and expanding it into a program that fits both leaders and organisations.

(Long Term Program)

Duration: 6 month plus of invested time

Format: 1 to 1 coaching, group sessions, and REACH LX tools

Structure:

• Foundation (Builder): REACH LX profiles and culture pulse surveys, 1 to 1 coaching debriefs, Output: Personal Leadership Blueprint

• Application (Facilitator): Group PlayArchitect sessions, translate REACH LX data into behaviours, Output: Team Leadership Playbook

• Mastery (Architect): Strengths Search, dashboards, and EI tools, Output: Leadership Architecture Document

PlayArchitect Modular

(Custom Build)

Modules Include:

• Coaching with REACH LX Profiles - leadership style, agility, blind spots

• Culture and Climate Coaching - pulse and culture surveys turned into action plans

• Strengths Based Teaming - Strengths Search and delegation coaching

• Decision Making Under Pressure - applying REACH LX EI and LEGO play models

• Coaching for Change Leadership - resilience, adaptability, alignment in disruption

• Succession and Growth - REACH LX dashboards to plan, track, and embed future leaders

PlayArchitect Lite

(2 Day Intensive)

Duration: 2 days (on site or retreat style)

Audience: Leaders and managers who need a fast, immersive build

Structure:

Day 1: The Bricks and The Build

Day 2: The Blueprint and The Action

Output: Each leader walks away with a Leadership Blueprint and a 90 day Action Playbook.
